Cancelation Policy

At Goolala, we value your time and satisfaction. We understand that sometimes plans change. This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations may be made.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.

  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at help@goolala.app with your order number and reason for cancellation.

  • If your order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Service Cancellations

  • For services (subscriptions, bookings, or digital offerings), cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Cancellations made after the service has commenced are not eligible for a refund.

Non-Cancellable Items

Certain items/services are non-cancellable and non-refundable, including:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Downloadable software or digital files

  • Services already rendered or partially completed

Refunds on Cancellation
